ABOUT ME

Marie Kovacevic M.S. CCC-SLP

I am a licensed, ASHA certified Speech Therapist of nine years holding my Certificate of Clinical Competence. I have also obtained my Supervisory Certification from Penn State University and a Level II Teaching Certification for Preschool through 12th grade in the state of Pennsylvania. I have experience working in several locations such as early intervention, inpatient, outpatient, long term care facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, and schools. I am also licensed to practice in multiple states such as: Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida, and California. 
I have always had a passion for helping others, learning, and challenging myself. I grew up in Northwestern Pennsylvania and attended Clarion University of Pennsylvania to obtain my Master's Degree. I enjoy working in the public school setting while growing this private practice simultaneously.  I specialize in working with students regardless of skill level from preschool to high school. 
I believe in creating an environment of support, trust, and motivation to engage individuals in their quest to achieve personal goals. ​When I am not working, I enjoy being with my dogs, family, friends, and being outside. I am proud to offer all children high-quality, individualized therapy intervention.
